Connecticut won’t roll out its adult-use cannabis retail program before the end of the year, as originally planned, but a launch date has been announced. The state’s Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) notified nine licensed hybrid (adult-use and medical) retailers on Dec. 9 that they can begin selling adult-use cannabis products to those 21 and older beginning at 10 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2023.
